Safety Planning & Compliance (Senate Bills)
We help schools achieve full compliance under Missouri Senate Bill 68 through structured safety planning, site assessments, and staff training. Our approach ensures schools maintain safety standards and operational readiness.

Charter School Disciplinary Hearing Retainer
$3,000.00 monthly rate; for any month in which the number of hearings exceeds six (6), the consultant shall receive additional compensation of $300.00 per additional hearing.
Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.
District Disciplinary Hearing Retainer (Scaled For Size)
Small District (2,000–5,000 students)
$8,000 Per month
Includes 15 hearings
$350 per additional hearing
Mid-Size District (5,000–15,000 students)
$16,000 Per month
Includes 25 hearings
$400 per additional hearing
Large District (15,000+ students)
$20,000–$30,000 per month
Includes 40 hearings
$450–$500 per additional hearing
Safety Planning & Compliance
(Basic Plan review + checklist $1,500–$2,500
Standard Full plan, site assessment, staff training: $4,000–$6,000
Premium Custom compliance system, 6-month support: $8,000–$12,000+
