Workforce Training & Curriculum Design
Train your team with evidence, not guesswork. Custom programs from frontline to executive.
What this engagement delivers.
Off-the-shelf training checks a box. Custom training changes behavior. We design and deliver workforce training programs grounded in evidence-based practice, from frontline staff development to executive professional development retreats. Our curriculum design experience includes federal-scale program development (Criminogenic Needs and Violence Curriculum, STARR coaching) and statewide training delivery across 26 organizations.
Built for organizations that need defensible outcomes.
Four streams. One integrated engagement.
Every engagement is scoped to your setting, but the structure below is the baseline we deliver against.
Training Needs Assessment
Assess what your workforce actually needs to learn vs. what your current training covers. Gap analysis between required competencies and current performance.
Curriculum Design
Design custom training curriculum grounded in evidence-based practice. Learning objectives, session plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessment instruments.
Training Delivery
Deliver training in-person, virtually, or hybrid. Interactive, practice-based, discussion-driven. We do not lecture. We build skills in the room.
Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Measure training effectiveness: knowledge checks, behavior observation, performance data. Adjust the curriculum based on what the data shows.
What you receive.
- ◆Training needs assessment report
- ◆Custom curriculum with session plans and facilitator guides
- ◆Participant materials and reference guides
- ◆Training delivery (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
- ◆Assessment instruments and evaluation framework
- ◆Post-training evaluation report with improvement recommendations
Four phases. No surprises.
Assess
Needs assessment: what does your team need to know, what do they currently know, and what is the gap?
Design
Build the curriculum from evidence. Learning objectives, session flow, practice activities, and assessment instruments.
Deliver
Facilitate training with energy and rigor. Practice-based, not lecture-based. Skills built in the room.
Evaluate
Measure what changed. Knowledge, behavior, and performance. Iterate the curriculum based on results.
